By Car
From the A30 signposted Newquay, at the roundabout take the 3rd exit then take the 2nd exit A392 to Quintrell Downs. At Quintrell Downs take the 3rd exit off the roundabout and continue along until you come to a double mini roundabout and go straight on. Continue into town through the traffic lights and straight over the roundabout and Rocklands can be found 600 yards on your right. Postcode for Satnav: TR7 2NE
