Nestled around an outdoor heated swimming pool, there are 15 luxury apartments ranging from studios to large two bedrooms, as well as a beautifully renovated Villa offering with all the facilities and services you would expect to receive at a luxury Hotel. Our apartments offer the facility to self cater, alternatively guests can enjoy our Fireside restaurant and bar or dine alfresco on the terrace.

The Wedding team at The Cove make it their goal to give guests exactly what they need in a relaxed and informal setting. Our bespoke wedding packages are tailored to suit individual needs, providing you with “your” personal wedding day.

Civil Ceremonies

We are licensed to hold civil service ceremonies, in 4 well appointed locations.
There are three intimate spaces that can accommodate ceremonies for 10-15 people or alternatively our Fireside Restaurant is licensed for ceremonies for up to 40 people.

Wedding Breakfasts

Wedding breakfasts at The Cove are a culinary delight with our talented chefs on hand you can choose from a 4 course fine dining menu to a relaxed BBQ on our Terrace.

Our Fireside Restaurant can cater for a maximum of 40 guests for a formal sit down meal or for 70 guest’s informal reception.

The Terrace can accommodate 20 guests for a sit down meal or 70 guests for an informal reception (weather permitting).

The Marquee can cater for wedding breakfasts for up to 100 guests or for an informal reception 120 guests.

An All Day Affair

Should you choose to make a day of it; evening receptions can be hosted in the fireside restaurant, the terrace or the Marquee.

When hosting an evening reception at The Cove you can entertain your guests from the wedding breakfast right the way through until the clock strikes twelve. If twelve is a little early, a late Licence can be purchased to give you an extra hour to enjoy.

Exclusive Use

We like to ensure that everything is perfect for your special day from the layout of the tables to the position of the wedding cake, therefore from April through until the end of October Wedding’s booked at The Hotel are required to have 2 nights exclusive use (please note this goes up to 4 nights during school holidays). This ensures wedding guest privacy, optimum use of the facilities and an unspoilt, intimate setting.
